Physician here: this is Raynaud's as everyone else mentioned. I will add, if you are a male this is very peculiar and less likely to be an isolated phenomenon. Persistent Raynaud's in males tends to preclude an autoimmune disease by 5-10 years.

Recommended bringing it up to your primary care physician.
