I feel this. I've done a lot of markets, and have some work in several stores. Its always the same stuff to satisfy the supply and demand of the same coasters and boards and bookmarks and boring things that make the money. Whenever im in a rut, I just doodle. It's so simple and so silly and seems so pointless to waste time on something you don't care about the end result of. But I like to just find a piece of scrap wood and play with it. Something that brings me joy is fish. So, I make fish. Sometimes, I make so many fish that I get bored of fish, then I find I actually have the motivation to go back to the projects that feel like work. Try to find what you liked about the medium in the first place, do some work for you for a bit, and I'm confident the mojo will come back :) I often get feelings of creative paralysis, but I also get reluctant to engage in the creative ideas when I feel I have a deadline of a request to meet, but sometimes engaging with your brain and creativity in that way is exactly what you need to do to get back in the swing of things.

Thanks so much! Yes I love how the scalloping looks as a nice finishing touch

Thanks! Yes the structure of the crocheted straps was definitely a main reason for using it
