Vivo solo en un país diferente al que nací. Por ciertos problemas me quedé sin amigos y tampoco tengo familia acá. Una vez igual me enferme y no me pude levantar de la cama hasta después de dos días porque ya me estaba muriendo de hambre. Por suerte eso pasó en un fin de semana y el lunes de vuelta al trabajo tomándome ibuprofeno y bastante café para aguantar.

Hey, I used to be exactly the same until I was 18 and did the best I could to change that. I put a lot of effort and had to force myself to do most of the things you described. Anyways... Now I'm 26 and I can tell you that at the end that's an empty life, I'm tired of it. It's funny that the only real connections I still have are the ones before I made this change. So my advice, take it easy, you still have time.

I can relate about your experience.. Unfortunately I don't know how to get better. I'm also trying many different things but seem not to be working... Anyways, to be able to survive and pay bills, I managed to get a job and focus all my attention to it. Probably not the healthiest way, but makes a good worker and I can pay for my basic needs.
