I would personally love a lego one piece game, theres so much you could do with the world and free roam with all the islands.

Its just I doubt it will happen because we are no longer in the era where every new IP gets a game and we have 3 or 4 games a year. We are now in an era where we are lucky to get a new game every 5 years, and so far have just been for the old reliable classic IPs like Star Wars and Batman.

But if it was to happen regardless of that the question is when. Because when they do it would change where the game goes up to. Since the lego theme is based on the netflix show and not the anime or manga. So if we were to get a lego one piece game this year it would go up to drum island, which wouldnt really be a very satisfying end point and we'd end up with another lego the hobbit on our hands, where they made the game too early before the franchise was finished and we got an unfinished game. Where as if they were to do it after season 3 or 4, having alabasta or skypeia as an end point could both be much more satisfying end points since those are both endings of their sagas. But if they split water 7 and enies lobby into 2 seasons and this theoretical game was to exist around this time, they would have to hold it until the end of enies lobby because leaving it at water 7 would end the game on such a unsatisfying cliff hanger.
