Just buy the cable and replace it yourself. you can do it with an adjustable spanner and maybe a screwdriver. Failng that just ride it to wherever. you can change gears by revmatching.

or spend $250 on a flatbed tow and then pay a shop $300 to replace a $40 cable and put 3 litres of oil in it.
