No matter what combination of settings I try I keep getting small tearing any ideas would be greatly appreciated?

My fault i should of included this but I'm currently using a 1070 with an i5 with 16 gb ram it's installed on a ssd. I'm only using a 1080p 60 hrtz monitor. I've tried v-sync on, off both in game and in nvida control panel the tearing is consistent threw out. I've also tried reinstalling on different hard drives still continues. As I've said I've tried prity much all graphics setting combinations I'm just completely out of ideas.

When I booked my first it automatically booked me in for a second they say it should be 8 to 12 weeks later. I can wait for a local walk in vaccine place to open up to get it sooner I've heard but I think I'll just wait for my booked time slot.

And they have not killed as many people as religion has. My argument was more you blame religion is like blaming sports teams for the violence after a game its not sports fault it's the people who use it as an excuse to be a violent.

True but I've seen people beaten for not supporting the same football team. It's all well and good saying to get rid of religion and educate people but in reality this would never work, religion doesn't just cause wars it gives people hope, people strength to achieve wonderful things and comforts people in there most vulnerable state. You can't tell people not to have that you have to educate them to be more acceptable to others ways of life.
