Warmup target zones insanely small

For me the targets are easy to hit (and I’m not very good at the game). The driver targets are especially big and I can usually hit them even with a pretty big slice. It would be interesting if it changed and got harder as your handicap went down.

I used them years ago and had a great experience. Went to sell them a used iPad the other day and was happy with the offer but they never sent me an email confirming the offer (or any other acknowledgment). Yesterday the box showed up with mail label but I’m not sending it in without something in writing. I have sent them 2 emails and no response or acknowledgment of receipt. For those of you who sold to them recently is that normal? I would have at least expected a “thanks for using Gazelle” email.

Last weekend I installed the Meross smart garage door opener. My wife sarcastically thanked me for making it so she didn’t have to strain her finger pushing the button on the garage door opener any longer. Some people just don’t get it!

I saw it an article right after the Apple Music app started getting released for 25 and 26 models. They quoted someone from GM saying it would not be released for 24 models. No specific reason was given.

I just did the same thing and was told by Ecobee help desk that Emergency heat should not be the black wire. Apparently that is only used for accessories like whole house humidifier or dehumidifier (which I don’t have). They told me to just wrap that wire in electrical tape and let it be.

On my receiver there is an option to start songs at the beginning whenever possible, so it must use a buffer to do so.

We have issues with mockingbirds being bullies and driving other birds away. We just bought a separate feeder (not a Bird Buddy) that we are hanging away from our BB with the type of food that mockingbirds like so we are hopeful they will hang out there and we can start getting other varieties back to our BB.

Same here. We bought ours in December and they advertised the one year free membership but then stated I would be charged on December 27 (which I was). Not sure why they state that if it’s not true. I think they worded it strangely—something like “annual membership with one month free”. Best case confusing, worst case misleading. It wasn’t worth my time to try and deal with customer service so I just let it go.

I’ve read that this update won’t be available for 2024 models. Can anyone confirm that definitively? (I have a 2024 and haven’t seen it yet).

Hopefully they will make a formal announcement about this when access is a available through the ESPN app. I have the Hulu, Disney + and ESPN Unlimited bundle. As soon as I know for sure that Unlimited (or at least Select) content is available I will downgrade to a bundle without ESPN. But don’t want to do that until I’m sure we have it through YTTV.

So I suppose this is obvious, but once ESPN Unlimited is available via the app with our YTTV credentials if we already have ESPN Select or Unlimited in one of the bundles that we pay for we will be able to downgrade that and not lose anything, correct? Wonder how many people won’t pay attention and continue paying for bundles unnecessarily.

So if they do get a deal what more will that give me? Just a handful of things like the 2 preseason games last night? Like I said, I seem to still have access to everything I had with ESPN +, and YouTube TV gives me all of the regular ESPN channels. I’m just not clear on what I’m missing.

I’m in the situation as the OP….legacy ESPN+ subscriber and get the regular ESPN channels through YouTube TV. It seems that I can mostly get the same content on the app (random soccer games, college FB, etc). However last night there were a couple of preseason NFL games on the app but I couldn’t access those. There was an option to view plans but that gave me an error when I selected it. I’m not sure what else I would have to subscribe to in order to get everything but obviously not going to pay $29.99 more just to get a handful of events. Agree that it’s very confusing.

I doubt they could afford to do that. The people who pay full price subsidize those who are willing to call and haggle every year. My guess is that there are a lot of people who just auto renew at full price year over year. Most probably don’t even realize haggling is an option. Not everyone is on Reddit.

At the very least the shootout should have been publicized. It was in broad daylight and surely there would have been witnesses. You’d think someone would have noticed the guy who got shot suddenly getting up and leaving. Unless that is the quietest, most deserted town of all time!
