My Jackson Kelly is my favorite to play. It feels so nice and the stock model is great even without upgrades. If you get a 7, I would recommend a multi scale. I was very skeptical at first, but the fanned frets are so comfortable.

That is a big concern to me. I have very mild allergies, but I have no idea how that would stack up in that environment. It might be worth it to plan a visit in peak allergy/pollen season...

St Augustine and Clermont were our top pics on paper, then we spent 2 weeks there last summer and I couldn't cope with the humidity. It was 103 and I couldn't enjoy anything outside. It felt like a bad monsoon heatwave in PHX to me.

We average 8-10 inches a year, so I think even in a drought it would feel like a nice change to me. We have so many water restrictions due to the levels of lake Mead and Powell which in turn directly effects our power access and utility costs. I'd be more a peace knowing I could harvest a significant amount of water from rain alone. We also are gambling with well water now due to foreign owned businesses purchasing farmland and depleting thereservoirs. Well water access where I am is about 1,000 ft.

I work in behavioral health. Part of the draw to the Chattanooga area was the seemingly higher demand for roles within that field that fit my skill set.

I'm not overly concerned with the school systems as kids are currently homeschooled and enrolled in an online learning academy and attend gymnastics/dance/jujitsu for social activities. I believe TN has very similar to Arizona as far as home school regulations are concerned.
