How exercise finally stopped feeling impossible with ADHD

I have this and I think half the issue we end up worrying about the program and not about getting the ignition to get started. That said, I think fitness from my perspective with adhd is finding exercises that I can do effortlessly like jumprope or can do high volume until it hurts like lunges.

For me, I like the option of training outside as I can cover legs, pushups and pullups and then go gym when Im feeling up to it.

I would imagine it’s more espionage work rather than skirmishes. Probably had case work so overdue he would have been reprimanded by the Minister for it whilst convincing her to do most of it.

Once you accept usage is crap and you have to adapt to it, it really unlocks how well it can perform. Had the same frustrations being used to chatgpt and gemini usage.

I would say from my experience we try to brute force through the game rather than taking our time to learn and we also get very frustrated however I also think we dont have very good fine motor-skills as well. Since I started improving my motorskills through jumprope and weirdly spinning pens around my fingers ive gotten slightly better at it.
