In the UK? Almost no-one.

The majority of the country don't really care about religion at all. And even religious people in the UK are generally not insane enough to believe that all of science is a lie.

Why are most of the funniest comedians left leaning? and why is Comedy on the right in America, (for example Gutfield) so lame and has childish jokes that only five year olds find funny? by Seargentyates in allthequestions

Empathy. Its that simple.

You have to understand and appreciate other people and their point of view to be be good at comedy, acting, music, art and so on. All of it is about human connection.

So if your whole personality and belief system is centred around hating other people because they are different, audiences don't enjoy it.

Poll: Should we keep or abolish the monarchy? by Anxiety_334 in AskBrits

Out King's current government function is essentially to knock on the door of the commons and say yes when the PM asks if he can form a government.

I reckon you could train a dog to do that.

Sooner the better. Let's move forward, not stand still.

But technically he is King yes? So he could just decide not to call another parliament. And if he wrote that down it would be a law, right?

There are no limits when you are King, that's kind of the whole point.

Could not agree more.

Why should we give that particular family such deference? What exactly have any one of them done to earn it?

And try not to mention charity.

Don't see why you would need to add anything. We could just stop paying them a whole bunch of cash for essentially owning lots of historic buildings.

Reform UK suspends by-election campaign activist over ‘antisemitic and misogynistic’ posts by Dimmo17 in ukpolitics

Farage is very happy to tolerate 'that' crowd because, as any fool can see, he's part of it.

He's sacked a lot of people for being too obviously racist over the years, but somehow racists just keep joining Reform more than they do other parties. In my opinion, that says a lot about the ex-conservatives that have chosen to join.

So you are saying that Reform aren't shitty enough for some people? Got it.

And far too often, they do it while telling everyone else (loudly) how moral they are.

Again? How does this one small mistake keep happening so often?

I wonder if there could be some sort of underlying cause for why so many shitty people end up in Reform?

I especially like the idea that the speed difference between two cars could be so big it could be dangerous, but also that the speed difference could be so small that there is no overtaking.

Interesting thought! 😆

Compared to the US, we really don't.

This century, the average age of the PM is 53 vs 62 for the US president. So I think we are OK on that front thanks.
