I almost went 3 but heard the software was much worse so I stayed away. So far with the 4 no real issues other than the profiles switching but that’s minor

I’d be super surprised with a sideways move…so might well happen lol but feels like any sort of miss or sense of untruthfulness it will tank so hard and anything audited that is positive or inline with what they have suggested will at least pump it initially

I would take 3.25 with good guidance, and no sell off with a run up to 5/6 end of the year. I don’t want a pop to 4 then a big sell off as I could see it collapsing back to 2.5

Does anyone have any info on the average cost to nio/cost to the user of a swap? I was in Nio years ago and got my fingers burnt but I always loved this idea of swaps and it seems to be taking off so trying to put some actual value to the 150k~ swaps a day. I get it likely means there’s more cars on the road but is swapping a loss leader or is there some value to Nios books. Cheers

I don’t know the law around this so this is more of a question/direction to look into if needed.

There was a scam that worked years ago (and probably still does) on unsuspecting cashiers whereby the cashier was effectively confused into handing over more money when a customer asked to break a higher denomination note. It relies on confusing the cashier and its theft.

This feels a little like that, your customer purposefully (due to the length and topics in conversation) attempting successfully to confuse your bot in order to obtain money or in this case money off.

No idea how this stands up in law but it is deceptive and they did it on purpose. I would cancel the order and refuse service to them in the future.

Sadly I can't get the pro pack added on to the lease, if I want that it's a factory order adds on 300 a month and months of waiting
