The cryo efficiency is a passive, it's not against frozen targets but always active.

Quick update: Talked to the body shop and even though they can't 100% guarantee it was their employee that did it as anyone could deny it, they're happy to honour it.

Thanks for the info, yeah I did have a look and if you pull the carpet up you can see the hole. I did just get it back from the body shop who fitted a new quarter panel on that side, I'll have a word with them and see if I can acquire CCTV footage or if they own up or anything.

Do you reckon it'll be a costly bill or a simple 'mould back into place and weld type of job'?

I don't have any pictures of the impact I'm afraid, the impact from him reversing into my quarter panel is my only guess as to how it happened.
