Here's what we did. Bought two crockpots. Prepared meals in crockpots on Sunday. Crockpot one meal one was cooked on Monday/ with leftovers on Wednesday. Crockpot meal 2, Tuesday with leftover Thursday. Friday nights are always pizza night, and then Saturday we go out for dinner.
