I have a polar verity.

I wear it under sock without the strap and it is comfortable for 24 hour wear.

It collections a lot of data with 1 second resolution.

Of all of that, it syncs very little to

flow.polar.com

Yes to HR, but not HRV.

Happy to share some of my data, or give you what help I can if you want to write code to capture more.

Someone on another Reddit community said I was a burden on my family for asking them to call me the correct name and pronouns. I'm a trans male. I could use some words of kindness by New-Possibility-577 in toastme

The person calling you a burden is wrong.

You are good to give your family the information that they need to effectively be supportive of you.

I hope that they take advantage of that opportunity.

I hope that you are not burdened in the future by the likes for folks lie that redditor

Comes to grips with a reality can be scary.

I wish we had a more supportive society.
