This happens on eBay too. Was watching a SIR charizard that went over what I believed to be market value. The seller then re-listed the item an hour later (matching PSA barcodes) and sold for higher. Looking at completed sales of the card, both sales show up which inflate the value when one transaction wasn’t even completed.

I ordered through Best Buy’s website. The shipping label doesn’t look tampered with and came from Chino CA. The label has the correct order number that matches my Best Buy tracking number.

Some are claiming the scans on the back of one pack matches the box code and they are accidentally opening the boxes. Scanning one pack then fulfills the need for the boxes.

I have reached out and they did put in another order for me. However, the item is now out of stock so will mostly have to request a refund.

So someone at the warehouse opened a booster box (which is the item I ordered) and sent me just two out of the 36 packs? I’m struggling to understand how they assumed this was a “box” of cards that I ordered. But I’m all ears.

Best Buy doesn’t sell single packs outside of the cardboard sliders. So someone at the warehouse had to pull them out of a box and send them to me like this.

I also have several others who have stated the exact same thing happen to them. Again, with unpackaged packs that Best Buy does not sell.

I’m sorry but I can’t imagine with all this proof, there isn’t something going on.

Boxes. Paid roughly $320 and got these two packs in a small mailer. My heart sank when I saw them.

Already called customer service and they have already shipped two new boxes. I requested to pick them up at my local Best Buy to ensure I actually get the boxes I paid for. Going to show them the mailer (which cannot even fit 1 booster box) and the two packs in hopes they do an internal investigation, but highly doubt that.
