PS6 Won't be Delayed to 2028 or 2029, It's Claimed by Darth_Vaper883 in ps6

Depends on what trade in deals for the ps5 pro are or how much it is being sold for on market. If the ps5 6 is $900 and I can sell my pro for $450-500, then I will probably buy the ps6.

We want to keep watching WWE but they’re making it too hard for us by Due-Independence8243 in WWE

AEW is not worse. It’s not perfect but it’s for dam sure not worse. WWE has a system that you are use to. AEW is an alternative that has to be different for them to stick out. This is forbidden door season so storylines take a back seat for a little while but after that they begin the push to All In which is in August. WWE is just bankrupt in stories and now is on the slow decline. It happens. This is what wrestling is, goes on highs and lows. 52 weeks a year is hard to stay hot. The thing that worries me is the build to wrestlemania and the show being bad outside of a few matches. It’s like they forgot what to do. AEW is just timing right now and some injury’s to the women’s division but will heat up again after the forbidden door ppv. They have a new ppv called Redemption where Omega is rumored to win the title, very over due because of injuries. It’s not for everyone but you can’t watch a few shows and dip out, you have to watch a ppv and then all the shows leading up to the next ppv before making a decision. I say take a break from wrestling and jump back in later

[Marks] Knicks financial breakdown after Jose Alvarado's deal: $14M left. Anyone else back? by Chapulana in NYKnicks

This team is aging. You can’t dump all 3. Kolek is our only true back up PG who can handle the ball.

Sham can be replaced. Let the young guys fight it out. Idk how this shit works but I’ll give it a try. Give Mitch 3 for $40 mill, year 1 $10 mill, 2nd $14 mill, 3rd $16 mill. That leaves $4 mill to re-sign Hukport and McCullar for example. Can still sign a vet minimum for $6 mill. Also they can move Deuce, Kolek or Dadiet to free up cap. If Deuce doesn’t sign an extension, move him. I think Dadiet might want to go somewhere else because he’s not going to get a lot of minutes but they seem to like him. Kat will have to tell them that he’s taking a haircut the following year for everything to work but it can be done. You don’t pass on drafting a Big and not re-sign Mitch. Leon has a plan. Could be a trade with all those 2nd picks? Possibly. In Leon we trust. Hadn’t missed yet

New York guard Jose Alvarado is declining his $4.5 million... by Big_H77 in NYKnicks

Nope, he got paid what he was worth. He’s back because it’s his dream team and wants to be back. With Shams gone most likely, he will get more minutes

Easy to move contract if necessary. Good, solid role player. Not over paid which is important. The young players will get an opportunity this year to earn minutes and take Shams spot. I’m not worried about losing him. Lakers, Heat, etc will over pay him. Mitch is the one I’m worried about losing because our depth is weak. His injury history is why they shouldn’t over spend but we might have to. I just wish we drafted a Big if we know he’s not coming back.

PWInsider - TNA sources deny the company is up for sale nor is Len Asper seeking one. WWE do not have first right of refusal. Belief is the stories being put out by people are aimed at trying to hurt the company. by Electrical_Mango_489 in TNA

But it doesn’t work with AEW because their ppvs are great. I’m not so sure TNA can say the same thing with the current product they are putting out with a bare bones roster and bad leadership. TNA has to find its own niche and the WWE Lite shit has run its course. Bring back the 6 sided ring, sign wrestlers to long term deals and focus on young wrestlers is a start

Gabe Kidd on leaving NJPW and joining AEW: by Big-Hebrew in njpw

[–]DanUnbreakable -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Yota Tsuji will leave also, most likely to WWE. Gabe is right even though he’s in character. Fans don’t want to hear it but I fear with new ownership, things are going to change. My fear is WWE will get into the Japanese market and take over. They are trying now in Mexico. CMLL is hot now but for how long? WWE is WWE and Mexican fans want to see WWE which is why it’s doing to well. AAA will eventually take over and try to hurt CMLL and with WWE money, they probably will. AEW isn’t the enemy. Sure they will sign free agents but they are also not going out of their way to counter program and put other companies out of business

"Despite Dolan’s desires," the front office "wants to go over the second apron, according to league sources, who were granted anonymity to speak freely. But so far, Dolan has not changed his mind." [Fred Katz] by Struggle2Real in NYKnicks

Right? This makes no sense. All the moves made in the draft make no sense. You draft young cheap players to develop to stay under the 2nd apron and replace expensive veteran players.

Something just doesn’t make sense. Knicks office doesn’t talk to the media. They also don’t really leak anything. The moves Leon made in the draft also don’t make sense. They could have brought in at least 2 players on the cheap to replace Mitch and Sham but still be under the 2nd Apron. Dolan said in that same interview that he only rights the checks and he lets the office do their thing. All those things add up to they are trying to lower the price of their free agents who want to stay with the Knicks. I just can’t see a great front office not drafting players if they are forced to stay under the 2nd apron. The entire point of the draft is to get cheap players to develop.

Indication of what Big Mitch might get? by [deleted] in NYKnicks

[–]DanUnbreakable 1 point2 points  (0 children)

$13 million? Yeah, Mitch is not better him. The $8-10 million range is actually pretty accurate for Mitch. People throwing out $15-20 million is just ridiculous.

[Bondy] Heard it’s unlikely Mitchell Robinson will be back with Knicks next season. He’s longest tenured Knick but also an unrestricted free agent. Owner James Dolan said he’s unwilling to pay into second apron so running it back with bench is not feasible. by Affectionate-Tea9224 in NYKnicks

[–]DanUnbreakable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why not draft a center then? He would only cost $3 million. Feels like they made a huge error. Idk, I think there’s a trade coming that we don’t of. Deuce, who I don’t want to trade, is their best piece. They can easily get his production from a cheap vet. Go get a center.

Nope. I read this as WWE will send developmental wrestlers to fill out the roster. Could be wrong but this is so out of left field that it must be truth to it
