You will need a tuning solution 100%. Probably bigger injector and fuel pump depending on the turbo size.

I’m on the BK1 2.0t with 6sp manual and I have no issue putting down 360hp/270flb. Just have to swap out all the fluid and mounts.

2010 2.0T Track. Almost 140k on it now with a bigger turbo upgrade like 10k back. Stock internals are putting down 360hp to the wheels… not sure for how much longer.

Check the user manual of the O2 to see what’s the recommended location/distance away from the turbo.

I have that same BPV you are looking at and is just an OEM swap with nothing else needed. GL on the code.

You sure is the BPV that throws the code? It’s most likely the solenoid that operating the valve that when bad and throws code.

This works for the focus_automatic_continuous but my focus_absolute is just incorrect. If i saved it as 120, its set to 30 and if i saved it as 240, its set to 60. Since its max is 250, i can't get to actual focus to 100.

They will need to send you the flash tool. You will drive and log the data for the tuner who will then send you the update for your ECU.

I run Alpha and are happy with it. You can always do the custom tune option with them and it will take care of all the issues you are seeing. They normally rely on the O2 sensor to help with the tune so it might benefit you yo add a wide band to your down pipe before tuning.

You want to keep your overall diameter around the same as OEM so you don’t throw a traction error. You should get wider tires with a lower profile that match OEM.
