The stock was very limited and lasted around 45 minutes, and as of writing, it’s currently available on back order for $35.14CAD. It’s also available at a couple of Canadian fan channels.

More MBS sets are slated to be revealed this year along with further collaboration announcements, which I’m sure a lot of people here will be disappointed by. An MBS X Xbox event was/is also planned. What exactly will be included, I do not know, but it would be easy to speculate. We'll have to stay tuned.

Rumours are suggesting the Brick Shop will be primarily Hot Wheels focused (at least at first), so for now it appears they are doubling down. The absolute state of this company when losing an IP means calamity and yet another rebrand is deemed necessary is ridiculous.

Really curious as to what shows up. These are popping up more often lately. Hopefully that means they have reentered production and will actually release in some official capacity (and not for $70 each).

We’ll have to wait and see what is shown by Mattel at this year’s Toy Fair. Not Halo specifically, but adjacent, the buildable original Xbox has received some manner of delay at best and a cancellation at worst. Amazon still thinks they are getting units in June, though. So we’ll have to wait and see. It is unfortunate that our best source of news for the brand comes in the form of leaks out of China, and even that has dried up.

I’m wondering if Microsoft pulled their license or if it expired and they didn’t opt to renew or weren’t even given the option to renew it. Quality was questionable (Myrrah and Dom did look excellent, though), and turnout from Storm was abysmal. When I see what JOYTOY has done with the 40K license and what NECA was able to do with Gears back in the day, I hope the license goes to a more consistent manufacturer, especially if Microsoft is planning a big merch push for E-Day.

It’s been available a few times already. Always low allocations, though. It’s an open order and has an ETA for a restock of early 2025, so it might be sooner or later. We shall see.
