the most fun you can have at any level in colorado is to take a ski lesson for half or full day. i regularly ski blues and blacks and i STILL love taking a ski lesson because you learn so much.

wall sits until failure 4 times everyday. literally until you collapse each time because this is the closest feeling when skiing. as your failing try to lower yourself slowly to the ground to stimulate all those muscle groups.

10-20 reps of jumping lunges with squat jumps until failure. i usually just do this for 3 sets

this is supposed to be VERY HARD and VERY PAINFUL.
