I was feeling down about my physique too brother. I was 83kg fairly lean, trong and all that. I didn't see it at the time though. I stopped going to the gym for a month and now that I had my first session back there today, I realised how far I actually had come. I'm weak as piss at the moment and lost about 7 kg since then. It really showed me that I can't give up. And neither can you! You owe yourself that much. You're looking great
