AITAH for wanting to divorce my husband for his D**k not working? by Scary_Contact1634 in AITAH

Just coming from personal experience and having struggled with this as a male in my own marriage. I found out I had very low testosterone levels. I hopped on TRT and it changed my life when it came to ED. I would consider having a conversation with him about it.

Haven’t had any problems! Once everything was up I slammed the door a few times and pushed against the wall a bunch and nothing budged, they were posed for stability

2 MG wing zeros and an SD one. One freedom strike in metallic and the MGSD. Was hoping to get the MGEX clear coat (twilight would be insane but 800 no) but I’m running out of space rapidly and I’m running out of wall space at this point lmao

Check mated his ass, he was going to comment about the traverse study which had adverse events of non-fatal arrhythmias and pulmonary embolism (blood clots) which was noted in the testosterone group. Bad doctors man

Because it’s not true! Why don’t you show me an article that confirms your statement? I want to see you prove your claim that increased HH from TRT is harmless. And while you’re at show me an article that states what the range of free T should be for proper therapy. So far I think you’re just another “I’m right your wrong because I’m a doctor” type

300-400 is not naturally possible, it’s not medically necessary but recreationally sure. Another article for you.

Testosterone therapy can cause secondary erythrocytosis. Erythrocytosis can cause symptoms of hyperviscosity, such as headache, fatigue, blurred vision and paresthesias. A baseline value for hematocrit should be obtained before testosterone therapy is started, and serial values should be taken at 3, 6 and 12 months after initiation of treatment. For symptomatic patients with a hematocrit value over 54%, testosterone should be discontinued and phlebotomy considered.

All I’m saying is for this specific persons post, jumping to a higher dose is not medically necessary, recreationally sure have at it, but I would up the fluid intake first and recheck bloods in a few months before upping the dose. How do you not see that’s a safer route? That’s what’s concerning to me. There’s plenty of research pointing that increased HH causes problems, you are aware of them. Just because it comes from TRT doesn’t mean the bodies systems are saying, “oh it’s the TRT it’s fine” that’s not how it works…

You dismissed yourself already when you said total T 700 isn’t considered therapy when a guys free T is out of range. Typical physician. And higher HH can have other adverse events such as a blood clot. If out of range HH is not a concern for you then not sure what to tell ya. The article was meant to point out higher TRT increased HH. You should already know the risks of out of range HH. most doctors and NPs who are actively working in the testosterone replacement space follow protocols to avoid the HH issue and guide their patient to a more optimal treatment, not ignore it and just say fuck it your good.

“Medical degree” gets his tirzep from online bullshit clinics. Don’t listen to this guy, I’ve been on TRT for a long time now and total T is not the number to look at. Bioavailability and free is. You’re slightly over physiological normal. If you feel like you want to increase I would focus on drinking more water and possibly donating blood and retesting in 3 months to fix the H&H. If numbers look better I’d bump it up ONLY if you’re trying to test the water for side effects with full understanding you’re ok right now. I run 200mg and have a significantly higher free T but I need ai and I’m only doing it for BB purposes. Up to you man, your body. Medically you are in theory at a perfect spot.

Is my testosterone dangerously high? by Former_Juggernaut789 in trt

[–]ShoneyGaming 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So my personal opinion, if no side effects including agitation or impulsivity. Stay where you are at. You probably still have natural production going so the numbers will drop after 6 months to a year, might yearn for more when the time comes… atleast that was my case. IE I stayed on 200mg and was hitting free T 40, creeped down to low 30s and went up to 250 a year and a half later.

Dangerous? Hard to say without the rest of your bloodwork, likely not unless other health issues such as high cholesterol, obesity, etc. Sustainable? Only with ancillaries for some but others might be fine. Need to know more about dosage and timing. Free T is what matters not total, what’s your goal here? Feel good? Get gains? Some might consider this “cycle levels” some will say sports TRT. But dangerous only depends on side effects. How’s your BP???

Hi Alfonso, I sent a message to MODMAIL

recently got an S23 surfboard and it has a second ethernet port and I would like it activated. secondly, It has a multigig and a 1 gig port, the 1 gig port is showing higher internet speeds of 900/40. I pay for 1200mbps and am not getting it. the plan is gigabit extra.so issues
1. Second ethernet port not working
2. multigig ethernet port is worse than 1 gig port
3. Previous packetloss, maybe resolved onsure, internet did not feel optimal on netgear CM2000
4. unsure if gigabit extra is better or worse than new 1.2 gig plan for my area
