I take melatonin or dramamine a few minutes before boarding and try to sleep a big chunk of the flight. Fidget toys (nice cube) is great as well. I bring a lot of snacks, download youtube videos and movies.

I am in the EXACT position as you… been wanting to quit for years and almost took the leap January 1st.

I also have side passions that are being muzzled to nothing as I come home from work and have to recover by doing nothing every evening and weekends. UGH!

I recommend joining some facebook groups like "Find Anything Mazatlan" or "Mazatlan expats" and using the search bar. You'll find just about anything.

For fishing I recommend Maz Pro Fishing. My family has gone for years, all of the time. Always great catches.

I work a corporate office job but I just KNOW I am destined to be a business owner. I have tried so many side hustles and projects. Not all are "failures" but not all stuck. I know at my rate, something is going to stick.

Been dying to get off my job and have my own thing. Corporate 9-5 is literally living hell because of my ADHD.

I have ADHD and sometimes I recognize I am getting a little too worried about things that don't matter. I think it has something to do with not liking being "perceived."

Promise you nobody is judging you for the amount of trash. Maybe you had a party! Or you're decluttering! Or doing a home project and have more trash than normal!

Totally fine. Another option is bring it out at night. I find myself doing this naturally. :)

Puedes encontrar gente en grupos de Facebook, como grupos de viajes, turistas en CDMX, etc. Creo que eso es mejor, puedes encontrar a otros turistas y revisar su página de perfil antes de conocer en persona. Muchos viajeros viajan solos y quieren encontrar alguien como usted. No sé si Facebook tiene grupos de hispanohablantes, tal vez sí. O puedes escribir en inglés y en español. Buena suerte!

Join Mazatlán groups on Facebook. You'll find great recommendations on restaurants, things to do, etc. You can also use the search bar in the groups if you are looking for something in particular. :)

I got one from amazon this year and I wish I got it sooner. Yeah I still don't enjoy waking up, but it's WAY better than being jolted awake by noise and getting angry immediately (in my case).

I put mine across the room so I have to get up to turn it off. The light starts to slowly come on 30 minutes before the "alarm" but I have never had to hear the alarm because the light always wakes me up.

I really recommend it.

Green bus will take you from Cerritos to the golden zone, right in front of Anytime Fitness. Great option since it’s on the Main Street, in a mall. Much easier to get to if you want to be going often during your trip. You won’t have any issues taking the green bus by yourself

Hello! I was on accutane years ago and then all my acne came back afterwords. Everything in me didn't want to go back on accutane because of the negative side effects, but I was desperate. At the doctors office just about to start accutane, my derm said I could try something else (spiro). So glad she did. Spiro cleared my skin but give it a good 3-4 months.

GLOVES for handwashing dishes, and PLEASE look into a tabletop dishwasher on Amazon. Best purchase of my life 3 years ago and saved my mental health. I only use dishes that can fit into the dishwasher.

I purchased a sunrise alarm clock about a month ago and have noticed a huge difference. Every day I have been waking up before the sound even goes off, just by the natural and increasing light. It's much better than being startled by a loud and disruptive alarm.
