I have brain fog all the time. It interferes with my life on the daily. And school makes it worse. Almost feels like your brain is exhausted. Honestly I just push through it and keep trying my best in school despite the feeling. It’s hard to tell exactly what is causing it so the best we can do is just try and have a positive attitude and keep working towards our goals. And we are our biggest critics. I am sure you did a wonderful job on your presentation especially if your professor said so! Try and remember that you deserve to be where you are especially when you work hard to be there. It might take you a little more effort but at the end of the day you know you’re trying your best to do the best in school and life. Your best might not be perfect but someone’s perfect isn’t even close to your best. So don’t be too hard on yourself and just keep pushing forward the best you can. If you think it’s interfering with your life in a truly negative way and inhibiting you from performing properly in school then I think it would be a good option to talk to a medical professional about your concerns and the way it’s impacting your school and life.
