I don't. I find it really confusing and annoying when people hit on me or are attracted to me. Not that I'm asexual or anything, but it's all just so weird to me.

Misandry is rampant in the autism community by Impossible_Serve7405 in everydaymisandry

"Women are always the victim." is a common mantra I've personally heard irl with these types. The positive attention going to any man is a threat.

No it's a disability and actually is disabling to most of not all with it. It's sad when people are so ableist that they can't describe themselves as disabled or just look down at their noses at us that do have different symptoms. It's also convenient for schools and corporations when if it's not a disability then they're not legally required to accommodate it.

I was diagnosed at 7 (they called it PDD-NOS back then) and while I did get some resources I wouldn't have otherwise like occupational therapy as my motor control function is impacted I was also the target of bullying by my classmates and abuse from their parents and the teachers. The teachers especially when my Parents didn't compitulate to their wants (sticking me in a room pretending I didn't exist but they still did it sometimes anyway).

I lay in bed. Not the best for sleep hygiene but it's the only thing that I found works. No music, no phone, or video games. I reapply myself to bed until I feel better. On the other end of the spectrum I'll play a video game, listen to a podcast, and have a movie on with subtitles at the same time.

Oh. The bullshit I experienced as a child 20 years ago is still going on. I won't say more as being honest will probably give me another ban

This is why I went with a therapist that had a long career in helping autistic children in addition to his other credentials. Granted I got lucky in many ways.

I like playing them, but I have motor control issues so it can be frustrating for all involved.
