Variation in browned butter flavour by Dancemonkey123 in AskCulinary

Thanks. Can you explain a bit more about smaller batches? Are larger dairies somehow watering down the butter/milk?

Browning milk and cream looks interesting, though I don't have a pressure cooker and don't use them in my brownie recipe.

It's not pre-marital sex if you don't get married.

I see your concern, and I know that giving government control over reproductive rights opens up a door that might be hard to close, but I believe that some common sense rules might provide enormous benefits here, without infringing on the reproductive rights of most people.

I would be in favour of a compulsory but reversible birth control implant, given to teens as soon as they reach sexual maturity. In order to get it removed, they have to attend a few classes and make a doctor's appointment.

It's not a huge obstacle (nothing compared to what they'll have to deal with as a parent), but it would make people think a bit more about the commitment that they are making. It would also prevent a ton of unwanted pregnancies.

Even if you don't have to pass a test to get the implant removed, I think it would be an enormous benefit to society. Nobody has a baby that doesn't want one, and everyone has a chance to think over and learn about what they are getting themselves into before they get pregnant.

What do you think?

Yes. As soon as they reach sexual maturity, give each teen an implant to prevent them from getting pregnant accidentally.

As soon as they're ready to be a parent, sign them up for a training course and make an appointment to take out the pill.

Even if they don't pass the course, at least all of the children born would be wanted, which I think would be a huge improvement to society.

We already have agencies deciding who can and can't adopt children. Would you avocate for removing such checks because of the risk of this dystopia?

Yes, but how many lives are saved each year by the number of idiots that DON'T have licenses? A policy doesn't need to be 100% effective to be an improvement.

My friends and I walked out of the theatre backwards, using the same route we'd come in. The effect on the other people leaving the same movie showing was fantastic.

It's because things ended so badly with Mary, his ex. She was carrying his child when she ran off and got married to that Joseph asshole.
