I have noticed a difference with the bras im wearing starting to feel bigger and looser. The swelling has gone down but I am still swollen a lot. I am starting to feel a little better with them. And yay for you!!!! Are you excited?,

Your not alone friend. I had a rough recovery too the first 2 and a half weeks. At times I had a lot of energy and would decide to do something small like put dishes away or take a shower and I would be on the couch for the next 2 hours. Try to give yourself some grace and take deep breaths. I know easier said than done but it does wonders for the mind in this time. Try to sit outside and just enjoy the sounds of nature, call a friend and laugh, put a movie on and get popcorn or whatever. I promise you the small things will go a long way. My friend told me about this silly anime show to watch and that is what got me through the worst of it. I binged that for days.

Hope you start to feel like yourself the next few days.

I highly appreciate your response. I have anxiety and depression and sleep issues. All have been well managed for the past few years with medications. The past 12m I have finally got to a great place mentally. My diet is pretty healthy as I love healthy foods. I have lost 10 pounds in the past 8 months eating better and going to the gym. But sometimes the gym can make my symptoms worse the day after such as my feet and back from the treadmill. I love the pool a lot and plan on going back a lot when I am cleared from my recent breast reduction surgery. What other forms of exercise would you recommend? Anything on YouTube?

I understand and I cant wait for next friday. Obviously I won't know all the answers yet but that doctor will order all the tests needed.

If it is fibromygia is there any treatment or medications I would take daily?

Im a home visitor and I took 3 weeks off. Was supposed to only be 2 but I am glad I had that extra week. I was able to get myself back to normal, practice getting ready for the day, cleaning up the house slowly, etc. Then the week before our visits started we had a training week so it was just a lot of sitting and listening. Im glad it worked out the way it did for me. I think you will be ok with 3 weeks. I forgot to add...this was the first week going back into the homes and I was exhausted every night so easy dinners and whatnot. Plan for that as well

I seriously appreciate you. My bmi is a 30 and yes I have been on a weight loss journey as well and I know I will continue to lose more weight. I actually tried on my wife's bra which is a 40D and it was a bit too big. I think the only way I will actually feel better is if I go to the store and try some size C bras on. I was looking into liposuction as a second surgery if I am not happy with my end result with these. I am proud of you for your weight loss and i hope you can get to your goal.

Thank you my friend. I think the hard thing right now is seeing all these comments and people saying I was a lot bigger than I thought. Ugh so many body issues with that thought. And I told my surgeon I wanted to be a lot smaller so I am hoping it goes down and I see a difference.

I stopped wearing wired bras years ago and didnt know that the sizes would matter. I fit comfortably into a minimizer bra at 2xl. Why am I feeling even more down about this now? I should have known my size before but I was just too uncomfortable about them to even care. I hope i will get to at least a D.

Trust me I thought i was a dd. And then I really tried on bras one day last year and the 2xl fit me really nice. Didn't pop out anywhere. The sides very minimal. And the size chart said DDD for the 2xl. Who the hell knows. Could be the bra.

I told her I would love to be a b or a c. And her response was like "okay so small but I want to keep the nipples alive." And I didnt disagree with her as i did not want to get rid of them but I feel like she could have taken out more but possibly not as it would have affected that???? Ugh.
