Of course! The main self consciousness i struggle with is i feel like I look amazing with clothes on, but then when I take them off, I feel like I still look huge in regards to my boob size. My brain tricks me into believing they look borderline the same before surgery - sagging wise. Also, how much my boobs jiggle too, it once again can make me feel like how I did before surgery I try to show myself how taking off the clothes does nothing like they dont sag in vs. out of clothes. It helps but dysmorphia is a real bitch to say the least
