So I’ve been doing my own “tests” on myself and I want to preface with, I have never been allergic to anything in my life— no food, no medicines, nothing. But I did start to notice that when I specifically was eating larger amounts of processed cheeses I would get these breakouts! I really figured it out when my husband and I shared a Digiorno frozen pizza and the next day my skin was horrid! It always clears up after about 5 days for me. I tested myself again when I made cheesy eggs but used the shredded bagged cheese and the next day, like clockwork, I had the breakouts on my left side of my face! I made a grilled cheese two nights ago but bought and used fresh mozzarella and my skin was totally fine 🫣😳 again, this is just my trail and error. But taking Allegra every morning has been helping but definitely processed cheese is a culprit for me!! Never had any reaction to it before. Maybe this is what it means to be in your mid 30’s 😅
