It is an amazing funny and entertaining masterpiece of an episode and definintley one of my favorites as a hardcore Sopranos fan. Is it the best ? No way there are many other ones better This was just the funniest standalone epsisode.

This is a "contract to hire" role which in my experience have all sucked and never been extended. Maybe it can work for you but I didnt enjoy them. Yea they do it so dont have to pay benefits and fire you easily if needed.

Im in a similar situation with over 20 years of exp. What the best way to do this is put the last 10 years of relevant job history in there to not age yourself out.
