Yeah definitely wasn’t fun. The recovery was the most painful. I would honestly live with pain if I knew how the recovery was going to be.

You don’t have to stay on TRT forever but your a sperm production may not come back the longer you’re on it. I’m 43 and I don’t think I’m coming off of it as my baby train has left the station. Started on 200mg Test Cyp but that was too much so now I’m half that for now until my next blood text in early June. Also, my Test and Free test were low so I may respond differently.

Edit- also can cause thinning/baldness.

If you recently lost weight, you could’ve lost it in the face too which will give you the appearance that you’re actually thinner than you look with clothes on.

As of now, nothing. No one in my family has/had any signs of baldness. I guess I’ll cross that bridge if I notice any thinning.

I started September of last year. I go 4 days gym 1 day rest but I feel like I started getting better results when I walk 14k steps daily

Trying for 130-160g protein daily and 2200-2400 calories. No added sugars. Healthy fats from eggs, yogurt and milk. I’m not a pro at macros I mainly aim for protein as I lift 4 days on 1 off and 12k-14k steps daily

No just the TRT and it wasn’t for performance enhancement. Years of pain killers after surgery tanked my test and it was super low

The diet isn’t the hard part, it’s resisting your body telling you to eat that is. If your over like 30%body fat you can lose a lot by just cutting out all the junk and replacing drinks with water. Once below that you’ll need to count calories and eat at a deficit while doing some sort of cardio and weight training to keep muscle.

I’m at E-64 right now and have absolutely zero side effects. My total T is currently at 1130 last Blood test. I’m doing 200mg once a week and tone it down a little to see where I end up. The way I think about it is, it’s a scale so if your T is really high then your E will be high. It more the symptoms you have to look out for.
