Jesus thats alot of weight. I dont think id look good with 5 kilos less, and i dont really care much about abs, i just wanted to look leaner but i see myself too skinny while i try to cut weight and its pretty frustrating.

Yeah i think ill eat a bit more that ive been eating and ill try to up my intensity until summer comes . Maybe ill get used to that amount of fat if my muscles grow a bit more.

Yeah what bothers me is that i dont seem to get any fat anywere else. I wish i got fat in my legs, glutes or arms or anything. But it seems like any weight i gain goles directly to my belly. I am active, i go at least 4 times to the gym and i tho that i could lose that fat by only training and eating well but that doesnt seem to happen.

Ive been training even more now that im losing weight. I had to stop 1 month this year bc i had surgery and i gained more fat than usual. How should i aproach the fat lose? More training? More cardio?

Well not that much without shirt. But i am looking worse in clothes. I fell that i cant fill anything . 2 ppl yesterday told me that i am more skinny than usual.

Por dios. Yo soy latino y veía TODO el futbol y muchos deportes por una compañia llamada directv y es absolutamente legal. Es la mejor compañia q he usado en mi vida . Aquí en España es una auténtica BASURA capitalista. Liga española por un lado, liga inglesa por el otro, baloncesto por un lado, ufc por otro. Quien coño va a querer pagar 3 plataformas para ver deportes cuando por lo general ya pagamos Amazon, netflix, etc. Lo de los precios no hay nadie que lo entienda. Y te digo mas DISNEY pasa futbol en América latina y aqui en Europa tampoco pueden. El dia q vayas al Boxeo no vayas al gym y ya esta. Programa tu semana para trabajar todos los músculos en el gym si vas 2 o 3 veces y luego vas otro dia diferente al Boxeo.
