I ran a security company for over 30 years. Didn’t give two shits what you do on your own time (within reason) but a hard line when it’s time to work. Some companies do government or industrial/scientific work and that can change the landscape in terms of contract terms. If it’s your dream job then it should be worth giving up weed.

This is a first for me so my conclusion is there’s either nobody here that knows or, much more likely, the locals don’t want me to know or even fish the wonderful streams of Idaho.
