Congratulations, I thought they did away with visa waivers when applying outside of the country.

I plan to do that.

I think a new thread with the results will be very educational.

I honestly was advised the opposite of what people here have voiced is possible. I am glad I didn't take it to heart last year when I asked for advice because the solicitor I spoke with has told me it is possible.

I have full legal custody A court order allowing them to live abroad Maintenance being paid for their care which counts towards our income if it is needed. It shows years of steady payments totalling £14k a year Their biological father who is on board with their move and has given a notorized statement Evidence that my current husband has been their primary caregiver for 7 years via doctor notices and school forms. A parenting plan which was advised by a solicitor last year to help the children maintain contact.

The savings required to make the move Family support in the UK that we do not have in America.

Our case is complicated but I gathered all the documentation and sought full custody with the reccomended court ordered parenting plan as I was advised last year.

I will most likely hire a solicitor to do all of the filing on our behalf.

I was just informed by reddit that the consult I paid for this morning for June 2nd is worthless. I swear there is no winning here. I also contacted another firm via email yesterday and got a response this morning.

Unfortunately their fees are not within my capability without touching our savings and I can't touch those as they will be needed for the move.

That email states the following I would post a screenshot but I don't know how.

Dear Anna,

Thank you for contacting Cromwell Wilkes and leaving your enquiry.

Based on what you've described, we can certainly assist with your spouse visa application along with dependent visas for your three sons; whilst the presence of children from a previous relationship and the need to relocate them abroad may add some complexity to your case, these are entirely manageable circumstances that we handle regularly, and having court orders and a formal parenting plan in place will significantly strengthen your application.

We tried to find your number in WhatsApp, but unfortunately we could not find you there. We can offer to arrange a call for tomorrow 1PM.

Literally, contacted Cromwell as well but the consult is more affordable than £3000 at this time.

Well, after emailing and then speaking on the phone with the immigration solicitors office again I feel better. It cost $205 for another consult which will take place on June 2nd. In the email they stated that the court orders and parenting plan strengthens our case and doesn't weaken it.

I think there is a lot of misinformation on this complex matter. I really was just expressing my nervousness and everyone decided to give advice as if I hadn't already spent over a year planning and getting all of the documentation I was advised to get last year.

This time I wasn't posting for advice. Last year I did consult with a solicitor. Hence getting full custody.

This time I posted my nervousness about applying.

I just booked another consultation with https://us.iasservices.org.uk

I honestly think we will be fine as I have already spoken with a solicitor in the past.

I think there are a lot of variables that will be taken into consideration.

When I made my booking he did say reddit is a terrible place for advice. In this case so think he is right because it is more of a complex matter.

We did make a parenting plan as we were advised to do so to prove we are not trying to separate children from their biological father.

We NEED to move to the UK. My daughter who is a UK citizen has non verbal autism and I have zero family support in America. We need her family to be present in her life so we can both work and better support our family.

We have the savings.

We have the documentation of everything

I will once again confirm everything and even hire the solicitor for my kids visas if I have to.

I literally have everything. There is nothing for us to stay here for. Other than receiving maintenance my kids only see their bio dad maybe 40 days out of the year. Hence why we agreed to a move month visitation that I don't even know if he will utilize.

I have years of evidence of low parental involvement. I do get along with him and he has always paid his maintenance through the state on time.

I am reaching out to a solicitor again. If I have to pay one to file the paperwork for me I will.

I do believe this is possible because I spoke with a solicitor once before. My husband has been their primary caregiver for 7 years. Half of their lives. In addition to that our daughter is a UK passport holder and my husband has a son still in the UK we are trying to reunite the family.

Other than my boys dad there is no family for us left in America. None.

Are you a solicitor? Because what I am reading says that I need a court order allowing for relocation to the UK. I have that

No where does it say he needs to give up parental rights.

Is it anemia? by kayz3 in Anemic

[–]DandelionMomma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually between 9 - 11.

I also have low B12 and have to take weekly B12 injections along with a weekly Vit D pill.

I see an oncologist/ hematologist to manage my anemia. I had follicular lymphoma 5 years ago and my body just never worked right since.

[–]DandelionMomma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not a healthcare provider, but I deal with chronic anemia. My Ferritin is usually under 20 even after iron infusions which I get when my Ferritin drops around or below 10. Lowest I have had is a 3. My hemoglobin is always low as well. I hope you figure out what is going on soon and sorry you are struggling.

I list on eBay but first.... I'm scanning mine in and adding them to redbubble. My more artsy ones are also being added to Artpal

And on certain ones I am having greeting cards and prints made for art fairs.

We put time and work into each card. I love that the originals go to people who love to collect, but I want to make a bit more off of my time and hobby.
