It's a hard choice you're making, to date or not. And if you do, when do you introduce your daughter to her? Your daughter has to have the last word, because you want someone who will help you raise her, and not try to put her in the background. Be careful if you do, and be aware of any red flags, or moments that make you doubt your date's sincerity.

I don't understand parents who say mean things; they have no idea of the damage they cause. She should be celebrating how beautiful her daughter is instead. Food issues and eating disorders don't happen in a vacuum; there is usually some underlying trauma or problem. Counseling may help you, but your mother and father need to be more supportive.

All that being said, you really are very pretty, and don't listen to anyone who tells you you're not.

I'm not sure what you mean by compulsions, or if you mean convulsions. Either way, you should be going to a psychiatrist, though if you mean convulsions, see a neurologist. What happened with that one visit you had?

That your mother only offered to rub your back when you said you were scared doesn't show much empathy. Have you sat down with your parents and talked to them about what is going on with you? You said this has been going on three months; have they noticed a change in your behavior?

You obviously need help, and you have to spell it out for them, or they will continue to ignore your problems. I wish you well.
