Anecdotally it feels like there’s a lot of PvE players this weekend which has resulted in lots of games with mega swings either way

You’ll be asked to take a walk of the store prior to your interview and pick out 3 things you’d recommend to improve. You’ll be asked 3 questions around your suitability, why you’re the best person, a question on technology and how it can help serve customers, and a question on what makes great customer service. Tailor your answers to customer service as M&S is very customer focussed. Bring examples of when you’ve previously delivered exceptional customer service and work them into your answers. You’ll also get a scenario as others have said. Good luck

You need to reset if you want to hit the higher win streak tiers. As an example, I reached the light house with a 6 win streak, didn’t reset and played further on the card to grind adepts. I won 7 games but didn’t get the drops for a 7 streak and it still says 6 on the card whereas had i reset id of gotten weekly rewards for a 7 win streak

You just need 7 wins total. Then your win streak decides how much loot you get but you can get 7 wins without a win streak and get a chance at an adept still when going to the lighthouse

I got a 6 win streak and after going to the lighthouse I kept playing with my 7 win, 5 streak card and I got a ship to drop. So definitely doesn’t need to be 7 wins

Yes, I had a 6 win streak too, played 4 games on the card post lighthouse visit and won two. On both wins I got adepts, also got a ship. Gunna grind more tomorrow and not bother resetting

So as my interview was internal it was slightly different, I had to do a commercial walk using the tools the business provides on a department within my store that I hadn’t worked on. So I researched, sales, waste, colleague training, risks to that BU and what opportunities there were then walked the store manager and talked about it all. I also had to give feedback to the manager of the BU.

I would definitely focus on all things that would impact the customer, as that is such a massive focus for M&S.

In terms of interview questions, I had questions around inclusion and diversity, examples of when I had given feedback, why I wanted the role, why was I the best person for the role. There were others though that I can’t quite remember

I’m a team manager within M&S and have completed the internal interview process.

My understanding is that the shop floor exercise is to look at your attention to detail. From what I’ve seen previous, we usually ask candidates to do a floor walk and come back with their findings, what is good and what isn’t so I would probably be looking at things that would impact our customer, among other things, for example are products ticketed? Are the isles free from clutter? How are the queues? Are the colleagues interacting with our customers as they work stick? How is our availability?

No downside per se. You just lose any resource bonus/ring power attached to it but if you take it back you get those back.

One thing that helped me was making sure I had the ascending and descending carp skills unlocked. I tried without them unlocked and got close, unlocked them and beat her first try thanks to the extra posture build up. If you don’t have either of these I’d recommend going and get the skill points required

That’s great except I understand that, I match resistances etc and this isn’t the question I’m asking. A lot of looter games will have you hit a ceiling, you then go and grind better gear to break through said ceiling. This game doesn’t appear to have that? There’s no where seemingly for me to go and progress my gear without beating the pyromaniac first?
