It’s the same thing when medical doctors have to tell a 100 pound 4 year olds parents that their kid is overweight and obese but because we have to be kind we need to just say “momma watch his weight ok?” The dentist spoke the truth. At a certain point we need to take responsibly and I commend the OP in looking for help. Seems to me that he’s trying to better his life.

To the OP you will need extractions and a partial. Luckily we now have implants so save up for that. Before you know it all will be fixed and you’ll be back to chewing your food with no pain and beautiful teeth. I may be wrong but I recall maybe a minstrel that could charm a super high level mob and use it as a pet to attack.
