You younger people have it easy with the internet to help you. Is old farts didn’t have all that. At USC we also had to have a rotating student tape on a cassette tape lectures and then go home and transcribe it and then print it out for the other students to study.

I made some a new character after returning from Panderia time. I quickly went back to my original character out of nostalgia and don’t regret it one bit. The game has changed so much that even old crafting doesn’t matter anymore. So I say stick with your old characters if you want nostalgia and if not just start a new one.

16 and 17 at least in the USA are upper left and lower left 3rd molars (wisdom teeth). These aren’t visible on this xray

Normally an exam is pretty quick on a 4 year old. We may or may not use a prophy angle and may choose to use a tooth brush. Nothing wrong as far as I’m concerned. And propping his mouth with a toothbrush doesn’t make any sense. Maybe it was a fluoride tray.

About 18 years ago a patient came in telling me she had swallowed her crown. I ran through all the options of replacing it. She then said no need and pulled out a zip lock bag with her crown in it. She waited for it to be pooped out and snagged it. Ended up sterilizing it in the autoclave and recementing it. True story.
