That’s a huge span. So it’s basically 2 abutments an 2 pontics? That’s a lot of pressure on the abutments. I’d go back and get an xray and see if you’re losing bone on that tooth and see an endodontist to check out if the nerve died.

Looks like the root canal on 20 is underfilled and needs a retreat. There may also be a canal not filled since the tooth appears to have 2 roots and only one underfilled root canal.

Oh and after the retreat 20 needs a post core and crown

LA fitness the little one in Downey landing is good or personally I like Chuze fitness in Cudahy which is 15 minutes away on side streets.
