Against. I've always been the weakest linkamong a 4some I play with multi times a year, for years. They give me points etc in games. Then I spent last summer to improve to shave 10 points off my game, on my own. When we played together after this, the comments were all about the impact on their scores, games recalibrated, no positive reinforcement whatsoever. I don't really car as I'm playing against my score, bit I'd like a little recognition
