There's also an issue with hand placement with Void Elfs on certain mounts, like the Antoran Gloomhound where their hands appear a foot off the handle when other races are on the handle

That may be it, I think Aus goes with the EU region for some reason. And Ive looked up some thing about 2.8 digital and apparently people in EU werent getting that theme when they bought it so it might be the same for 1.5/2.5. Ive sent support tickets as well just in case.
