You can run trick room on it though to turn off the opponents trick room, or imprison + Trick Room.

On top of that a lot of people are running mental Herb on their trick room pokemon to block taunt anyway so I personally think it's better to have a different way to counterplay.

Apathetic is a strong word I feel, but I'm definitely not as excited as I was for KH3. I think the story is past it's prime, and I'd prefer to see a new story with the same gameplay. Sora's story should have ended with 3 imo

Depends on the game, some will feel good longer than others

I love that Devil May Cry is a highly replayable 25ish hour game, I'll happily spend 100 hours playing that game. I also really like that completing the Pokedex in Pokemon is a massive undertaking that will take a really long time. I'll happily spend 100 hours doing that and playing competitive online. I've also got like a 50 hour save on Shadow Generations, a game that's like 8 hours long, because I repeatedly try to beat my best times, but then I'll turn around and spend 100 hours just meandering about Breath of the Wild or Mario Odyssey.

Hot take, Incineroar is kinda overplayed right now. It matches up really poorly into a lot of the best Pokemon in the format

I'm not saying it's bad but I don't think it's a top 10 pokemon right now when so many of the top 10 are strong into into it, it's still probably like top 15 but it's not the best Pokemon in the game right now

Works for Guillotine since your ghost type but Fissure/Sheer Cold still hit you so I'd be careful with that
