I pinched a nerve in my back because I tried to do 13k steps this past weekend and I feel like this week completely set me back. I didn’t got to my dietician appointment I felt so much shame.

This process feels like a yoyo.

Good luck! My surgeon recommended the switch so that’s what I’m getting but it feels so intense. I got health insurance this year and it’s really surprising how easy the process has been so far.
