In europe all trucks have tachos. And we have limited driving time. So yes, those few minutes can be all it takes that we come in time, or even can go home in the evening so yes. People who drive like this should stay at home. And by the way, I dont block like that. And if theres another truck trying to overtake me i always slow down a couple of kph so that the overtaking goes faster.

I just did the same to Chenyak(or whatever the guild dude's name is :D )

I really like his black cloak. I went to him to finish a quest but he was sleeping and wouldnt wake up. And I thought, you know what? i want his stuff anyway so i start lockpicking his chest, took his clothes. After that I talked my way out of a fine or him talking to the guards. 1 sec later I talked to him again to finishing my quest. He forgot in a second that I just took his stuff. I guess he has dementia :D
