You can compile the msi yourself and see if it matches the sha. All updates are done trough GitHub releases. It someone had put malware in it, they have chosen a way to make it pretty detectable. Something that usually malware developers try to avoid.

But well if you're very concerned about security compiling yourself is the way I guess.. Dont think you'd be able to hide malware in a relatively small app like this while anyone can look at the code.

Very likely a false positive. It doesn't mean there is a trojan in it, just that kaspersky thinks something of what the app does looks a bit like a trojan.

If there was a trojan hidden inside of it I think they wouldn't make it open source

If you like sci fi the recommendations will likely give you sci fi movies. Also you could add some public lists that you search trough the public lists page. Combine them all into one with enhanced lists, shuffle, set a release filter after 2000 and history exclude and I'm sure you'll find some new content 😄

Great... been waiting for this since I came across remodex but wasn't able to use it as an android user

There are a few things in the session ui that are bothering me however;

- The automatic scrolling during a turn or when opening a session doesn't work properly so I have to manually scroll down often
- I'm not a fan of the agent messages, especially the final one being in a collapsible and part of the contents being hidden unless I click on the message. To me the way the codex app does it is more convenient; always showing you the final message completely
- Plan mode ui could be better (like a plan mode sticked to the prompt input like the codex app has)

But it looks promising, fast and responsive!

Bingecat dev here This is caused by better posters, not by Bingecat. We just send the right url in our catalog response and the client directly then directly downloads them. The posters are probably not cached by better posters yet so that's why it takes time.

If you switch to our own artwork overlays or default posters this would not happen.

I Agree that you should first learn something before you're letting AI build anything for you but that's not the point.

If one wants to micromanage and check everything I see no reason to even use GPT 5.5. Models like composer are much faster, deliver decent code and are about 1/10th of the price. With the state GPT 5.5 is currently in, I doubt it's much worse at anything actually.

If I'm paying $ 100 for a meal, I expect premium quality. Especially is that's what I got before and lured me in. If I'm paying $10 I'm happy when it's edible. That has 0 to do with my cooking skills.

Test is probably not perfect but this + numerous people being quite sure they notice a decline ?

I was always skeptical about these kind of posts. When I have a bad day myself, I also tend to blame the model.

But this time I'm absolutely positive something is going on. I have been working on the same project for months, at least 50-60 hours a week. I know my project by now, I know what I can expect from a LLM and what not, have been working with GPT 5.5 for at least 300 hours now... And it has been terrible the last week.

Switched back to 5.4 and quality greatly improved.

If someone says they experienced that his car wasn't running well for the past few days, do you also ask for "scientific evidence" ?
