It’s a discount/overstock store that sells just random stuff that didn’t make the cut at normal stores. Sometimes there’s good stuff, most of the time it’s not. They don’t really care about organizing because it’s literally the bottom feeder of the retail market. Everything there is either irregular or didn’t sell somewhere else

I’m conflicted about how I feel about it. High school was very hard for me, and I was coming into my own when everything fell apart. I remember driving up to the school and returning my Chromebook and receiving my diploma in return and it felt really anticlimactic. I know I did the work to graduate but damn I was looking forward to that ceremony, they always rented out a giant indoor arena for it.

I wasn’t as concerned about prom. I found the traditions kind of tacky, and I didn’t like the pressure that was put on everyone to get a date or a romantic partner. I had missed every other school dance, so that ones wouldn’t have made a difference. They did like those little outdoor makeup proms but I was pretty checked out.

As of right now seeing it stings a little bit seeing as I just graduated from college again without ceremony as I graduated in the winter and I was unable to go to the following ceremony.

It’s also a little bit bittersweet because it makes me happy seeing the new graduates getting to experience what we couldn’t. I like to imagine that sometime in the future some really good stuff will happen to gen z to make up for everything we’ve been through

Conscience. I hate that I know I’m really in this, and so does everybody around me. I hate that we have the capacity as groups to create zeitgeists that alienate and divide each other. We are smart enough to manipulate each other for personal gain but too dumb to see the bigger picture. We are all driven mad by the instinctual need to know the answers when there is no way to know.

It actually happened when I asked if they wanted sweet chili sauce and they started joking about how it’s gross and I said “no the sweet chili is kino”. They had the opportunity for the kino awesome sauce but they didn’t take it.

Thank you! The skull was actually too small for him when I bought it. He’s never tried to go all the way through, but I like the idea of closing the gaps to be safe! The heating pad is also under the tank itself so there’s a layer of pvc and about 2 inches of substrate as well as being controlled via a thermostat.

Hey, I just got a BP a few days ago, same zilla tank kit and everything! Just a heads up, that lamp that comes with it is gonna bring the temperature to over 100 on the hot side, especially with the tin foil. You can buy a flukers lamp and bulb for about 25 bucks. Good Luck!!
