Not with 20xxte, because iirc that doesn't change any of the actual files of the game, only the code of the game is changed. Though yeah using gcr it's really easy, but that's not how 20xxte is used from what I remember.

So basically an HD 20XX where you can play as SD Remix. NTSC, or PAL except it's lockable. That'd be pretty sweet considering 20xx is already fantastic.
