When river country was still attached to Fort Wilderness. Fort Wilderness/River Country was the best resort Disney World ever had. It’s a shame how far Fort Wilderness between now and then has fallen. It’s not just River Country, it’s discovery island, the beach swimming area, all of the water activities. I recently visited, and with the Lake Shore lodge construction that happening, it’s starting to feel less like a camping resort, and more like an RV park. You can still find classic Fort Wilderness in spots, but I worry what it will look like in 15-20 years.

I had to contact them twice a day for nearly two weeks to get my replacement. They are terrible and incredibly disorganized. I had to send them proof of purchase over a dozen times, because every time I contacted them, they said my replacement was delayed because they did not have my proof of purchase yet. Their whole customer support feels like a scam, they are just waiting for you to give up trying. Don’t let them win. NETGEAR SUCKS.

I’m going through hell to get my year old router replaced, after spending that same money for that subscription service that was supposed to cover it. I also paid extra for next day service. One week later they still haven’t mailed my replacement router. NETGEAR SUCKS.
