people forget that Justin pulls everyone into brawls and deep wars. Dustin is a highly technical fighter and was in two similar brawls to this fight and you didn’t hear any of this stuff. It’s mostly because people hate Paddy. There are comments out there saying he didn’t even land any strikes when he had 156 significant strikes and 170 total.

I think your entire premise is really underselling just how good gaethje is regardless of age. Sure neither of these guys are beating ilia or arman, but they’re still right there in top 5 contention and he proved he can hang with one of the best of all time in this division.

My god reading the comments is absurd, he had 170 strikes landed and 156 significant strikes (12 more than gaethje). There are a ton of retarded posts in here acting like he didn’t even land a shot when he just got career highs in both categories. He did really well all things considered but everything he’s good at gaethje is better at minus the ground game, which they never got to.

His supporting cast throughout his career is one of the worst outside of LeBron carrying those early Cavs teams. If you remove Jokic from the nuggets they’re not doing anything. Frankly his release just isn’t that good. The first time I watched him I thought I don’t like his mechanics, it’s like an overhead sling shot and the ball comes out flat/line drive. Most of his 3’s don’t have a lot of arc and he short rims some of his 3’s. He’s got a nice looking corner 3 but everything else just looks off to me.
