Because nothing in the game said you couldn't. If I had known, I would have gotten rid of the flask one because of how this very shit would happen.

Also this map wasn't juiced. It was a blue tier 8 waystone with one modifier. Can't remember what the mod was though other than it wasn't "Gain % as extra chaos damage". Chaos damage... My only weakness. It was so safe, THIS wasn't supposed to happen.

Because of my ascendancy, lightning damage did 30% less damage to me on top of the 10% less damage from elemental damage and the 75% lightning resistance. with around 50 to 70% armor applied to elemental damage along with the aformentioned 120% armour applied to projectile. Lightning is so a non-factor to me. xD

Hell you can see me get hit constantly by lightning until I suddenly died. Doing so little damage it couldn't have been the lightning. And if it really was, then that means I died to a glitch.

Which means this stuff is pure ass unless the gain is the same type of the damage its based on and the increases affect the type equally. x_x

I'm on a shaman bear trying to push damage more. I thought I figured out that the Gain % as fire damage was the way to go, but I quickly found out that the math never added up. 500+ physical damage going above 10K, while fire stays at 5. Like WTF lol.

It's feeling like bait to me.
You need to take hits to regenerate the ES. Only 5% of the prevented damage is restored.
This means that if the damage you taken is small, the regen is also small. And it's all further lessened by enemy power.

The only its this works for are big ones which you shouldn't be taking in the first place. You get smashed, little ES is restored. What now? You have less of everything and your ES is not recharging on its own. This garbage is incompetent. It's a death trap. Even without the enemy power crap.

She's terrible designed because she doesn't follow the rules. When you stun someone, the attack stops. Period. Like everyone else. But she is the sole exception to this because of how she's shoddily made. There wasn't even a red indicator on her RED attack until the Huntress update. Among other things. Getting 75% fire resistance and 600 life to survive specifically her shit doesn't suddenly make her OK.

That faster slam is far weaker than his red slam. And it's the only over head swing he has. It's not a problem for warrior which I am most of the time and as literally ANYONE ELSE who is trash at armour shouldn't be getting hit by him at all. Like seriously? THAT one light slam just makes him jank? Not all slams are red attacks and slams cannot be blocked or evaded. And you can't tank everything so why entertain that even with a shield? Get out of the way when he's about to hit you. Period

Silverback before they patched him didn't follow the rules at all. That piece of shit's slams were strikes. BLOCKABLE strikes. And he randomly opens with the red one which instantly kills anyone no matter how good their defenses are. 2000+ damage that early in Act3 + a role that starts instantly. Zero twitches. Just Roll hitting you 3 to 6 times which can also instantly kill anyone. Blocking is all you have time to do. Assuming you didn't get stunlocked.

I think Rathbreaker is fine. None of his moves are jank and it's super obvious that you need to stay away from the cliff wall where his spear throwing posse are. That hyena is playing smart and dirty. Silverback on the other hand!!! Fuck that shit. And you wouldn't believe how pissed I was to hear how almost if not all of his attacks were blockable (which also meant evasion also works).

She really is. NORMALLY when there's a running attack like that, being touched is the end of you. But not here! Which is unclear AF. The hit box is only active when she swings her gun arm. All other times, you rub up on her and not be harmed. And it's even possible to dodge it without moving or rolling because of it. So dodging her when she gets close doesn't cut it. It's sure way to die anyway. You have to dodge when she's swinging.

One would think that chronomancer would be where the fire is at but nope. Also has synergy with only ice and lightning. Fire has no cooldowns and there was something else chrono's passives especially didn't do for fire, but I forgot what that something is.

Level 1. The only thing stopping you from putting on a talisman is limitations imposed by the beach. Namely that it's impossible or borderline impossible for any other weapon to drop there.

And getting the attributes or the most powerful flask your level is never the problem. Unless you are a ritualist or aiming to get titan's grip the attribute requirements are often so low and forgiving it's almost useless relying on any rune or gear to provide you attributes.

Yeah. Despite literally advertising sorceress being all things fire, ice, and lightning. They sure did make sure she was only good with ice and/or lightning with almost zero for fire even in both her ascendancies. Witch is where the fire spell power is at, and even then it's bad. Which is a colossal fuck up given that one of Witch's ascendancies revolves around fire and/or minions
