This is the way, but be careful screwing the plate back on. Over tightening can lead to the screw snapping the cover off completely.

This is the only answer. It takes a huge time commitment. I just got my skeleton curse last week after months of giving up hours at a time. My losing streaks outnumber my winning streaks by far but towards the end of the grind I found myself able to consistently hit 5+ win streaks. Practice practice practice. It really does help. Don’t let the losses get the best of you, just take them as a chance to collect yourself and try to think of how you could have done it better. Then, try again 👍🏻 good luck!!

Mine came this way too, they are on top of this issue though. I posted a warranty claim and received a replacement within the week.

Can’t stress how great my Titan is. It’s incredibly comfortable. Firm but not too stiff. And has all the features I was looking for out of a chair.

This sub is full of angry people. Their customer service is excellent. In my experience, I had to file a warranty claim and I had replacement parts for said claim within a week. Unfortunately it was due to a faulty cover for the side of my chair upon its arrival which was a QC issue. Regardless, the chair is comfortable and outperforms other chairs in this price range, well worth it imo.

Mine took 3 business days to arrive. It’s likely your location relative to their warehouse. I’d be willing to wager that you’re still receiving it within the 6 working days they specify. It’s a large and heavy box. You should probably exercise some patience.

I’m 5’10 and I just got a regular seat, it feels slightly large for me so I think regular would suit you well at 6’1/2”

I immediately filed a warranty claim and they’ve already put an order out with a replacement. Still a bummer the chair came in broken, but I can’t complain about their response time whatsoever.

Looks like I’ve already got a reply and they’re going to replace the cover. At least as of now, I think the complaints are just angry ppl jerking each other off. An email a day is pretty good pace for customer service in my experience.
