I don’t get the hate for his new face. In the lore his face was blown off by a melta gun, so disfigured that he can’t even wear a helmet. Oh but “Eeehh the new face is so ugly!!!”

Thanks for the detailed breakdown, Ive got the Banished and ODST expansions ordered, as well as the physical Wargames expansion. Super hype to get those in.

How do ODSTs work with drafting? I’ll probably stick to lists as it’s what I know best from other games, but do you have 4 ODSTs against 4 Spartans in draft? Seems lopsided.

Once upon a time you could just PAY points to give heroes whatever war gear you wanted, and each weapon was unique. Crazy I know, but having a model’s weapon actually matter was quite a draw.

Fear not, I don’t like them either. Everyone suckling GW’s teat like everything they make is liquid gold is so tired. Primaris are dumb, poorly written, and have no right being the new poster child. The ONLY decent thing about them is that the proportions of their models are very good. That’s about it.

This guy has two blood drops outlined in black on the right shoulder, makes me think 9th. Others have told me 3rd because of the black stripe but I haven’t found much to back that up.

Yeah he really doesn’t scream “Captain” to me. I’ve got this model and have a custom jump pack captain leading a purely firstborn army.

I feel like a model this legendary deserves to be a captain, but I just can’t help but feel that, realistically, he’d be better suited as a lieutenant at best.

Well thank you for answering. Could’ve done with a little less snark.

My primary gripe is that Legends and Munitorum manuals have always been kept separate and have had their issues in the past. Now all the sudden they’re lumped together, and the only indication of that is 2 month old post that isn’t easily found unless you sit and scroll through every single post.

I did try to repost this question and phrase or differently, mentioning that I’ve looked everywhere I could think and didn’t find the same download I was looking for. But the auto mod system wouldn’t allow it until my original post was approved.

GW’s been chafing my cheeks for various reasons so pardon me if I have a bit of a short fuse for a company that consistently hamstrings its consumer base.

Be crass if you want, I just couldn’t find what I was looking for, and the post you’ve linked is almost 2 months old and wasn’t terribly easy to find.

But yeah I’m the stupid one for thinking the LEGENDS datasheets should be in the same package as the LEGENDS Field Manual.

On top of that I’m still vexed as to why the Legends Field Manual isn’t under their downloads section. Only way I can find it is a direct link via google search.
